Bass Fishing Products To Maximize Your Productivity On The Water
#1 - Owner Rig'N Hooks
The number one feature of the Owner Rig'N Hook is the unique cutting point, which requires less pressure to penetrate than an ordinary hook. This means when that fish hits your Carolina rig on the end of a 50-yard cast, you'll still be able to get a hook in the fish. This is also the reason that I make sure to give all the novice anglers who fish with me, that may not have a really good hookset, a handful of Rig-N-Hooks before we leave the dock. A lot of times, you don't even need to set the hook! Just put steady pressure on the fish, and the cutting point does the work. The Rig N Hook is made of tempered steel, which is very strong and tough. I recommend Owner hooks when going after trophy bass, because they WILL NOT BEND!
#2 - Catch and Release Livewell Additive
I decided to try out this stuff called Catch and Release Livewell Additive. The very next weekend, I found some fish on the deepwater pattern during a tournament on a South Texas lake. The fishing was great, but the best part was all the fish I weighed in made it back to the water healthy. The Catch and Release really saved my tail that day, as temps were well over 100 degrees, and the dissolved oxygen content of my livewell water was very low due to the heat. The strategy was simple. After I filled my livewells up, I switched them to recirculate mode. Then every two hours or so, I'd make sure the livewells were full and add a capful of Catch and Release to the water. It's as easy as that.
#3 - Ardent SmartCull System
The Ardent SmartCull System is a much simpler way to cull fish. The SmartCull System is designed to be used in conjunction with a digital scale such as the Rapala Digital Pro Scale.
